Job Responsibilities

As an Assistant Park Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Park Maintenance

  • Overseeing park maintenance activities such as landscaping, trail maintenance, and facility repairs
  • Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness and safety of park grounds
  • Implementing maintenance plans to enhance the park's aesthetic appeal

Visitor Services

  • Supervising park staff to deliver excellent customer service to visitors
  • Providing information and assistance to park visitors, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Organizing and overseeing educational and recreational programs and events

Administrative Duties

  • Assisting in budget planning and expenditure monitoring
  • Managing park resources, including equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • Preparing reports, maintaining records, and handling park permits and reservations

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
